The teammates are amazing and doesn't get tge credit they deserve
How we learn eachother and learn to work together to let each other pass effectively which lets us all select effectively.

to be actual co-workers help, suggesting things...not threaten you or lie about you to other co-workers. I had brought this bit up to the supervisors and was pretty much waved off.

You hired a new transportation manager. Ive seen this person one time!!!! She wont even come in at night to introduce herself!!!! Is she better than us drivers!!!
People seem that because they have worked in the company for some years. They are a bunch of lazy people some of them and don,t have any respect for their fellow workers.
Just to do their jobs correctly and be held accountable. Manage people the right way and don't manage scared.
There is barely any communication between coworkers on this team.
Could treat sanitation workers with more respect. They could clean up after themselves better, especially in the restrooms and break room
