Boundaries of terriotoes, people who have the same position doing things 8 different ways but not for you..... need to listen when you say you have a disablilty.

There is no leadership there is no team it's my way or the highway Here. And is there because they're really good people works here you have people that are management they don't even know how to do the job that they are managingIt is just easy money for them then you better not complain too much

Placing people in different positions so they dont get burnt out! Some sections are heavier lifting than others!

Training staff properly making sure they are not overworked and lying on logbooks like their drivers are told by their supervisors like Chad urban and Lester.

Remove malignance from management. Managers foster unhealthy competition between departments.

Training the mangers better. Care about the staff and not the work

local director and her minions treat us horribly. they wont get rid of her due to her performance because they are to worried about being sued. she is incompetent and treats employees as crap on a shoe. her management team has been quitting left and right the last 6 months and still nothing is done

Everything. Specifically holding people accountable. Our DC runs itself. People do what they want, when they want..... As the old saying goes..... "the inmates are running the asylum"

There needs to be a complete restructuring of the company. Management is the worst I have ever worked for.

Everything. Never have i woked for a company that treats you like less than a person!!! You are 5 min away from a mass driver walkout!!!!

Need new management that wants to work with people. And have some knowledge of whats going on.
