What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I dont have just one thing its all good
I think it’s all about the people and the energy you bring in the door each day. I bring good energy everyday and encourage everyone and give them tips that have helped me and I think it takes so-so selectors to the next level. Smiling and calling people by name does wonder

Restructure management. Specificaly the HR department.

get rid of local dc director and several of her staff. FIND POSITIVE MANAGERS WHO WANT TO WORK WITH THE HOURLY AND TREAT US RESPECTFULLY

supervisors need to care about the facility and the task at hand. Before, the slogan used to be if the order wasn't right it didn't go till it was right. We prided ourselves on order quality. With that everything else fell into place.
