It was a positive experience. I enjoyed meeting people from other parts of the company, not just those I would be working closely with.

Positive. Each interviewer was a little different and I met someone from every department which was new.

The organization is pretty flat and currently the team itself is pretty small so promotions are less formal and seem to be based on team needs and who steps up.
