Good system and company structure. Only depend on people handling the employee especially manager who cut cost a lot and very hard to support engineer on the field. have experience when ordering spare part from dec 2024 until may 2026 still not receive yet.
Low pay. Very little pay raise. Poor management. No work life balance.
