Raises were promised after 90 days and that never happened

NOV is a good opportunity for experience up to a certain point where you're wearing multiple hats and performing the work of multiple people. Rather than provide adequate compensation matching the market for that experience, they continue to give good workers more work.

I am undervalued by over 30%.

Been doing this work for 32 years, an young guys just starting in the oilfield making more than the older guys.

Workloads have doubled with zero pay increase

Coworkers are fantastic. The problem is management

Stop worring about what everyone is doing and do you job. Get rid of the bubble gum and the magic carpet.

Investment in development of personnel, raises for those who meet certain milestones during (mandatory scheduled) performance reviews or X amount of years and review of responsibilities. Mgmt should be reviewed by employees to see opportunities for improvement in terms of support and communication

Leadership should actively work to visit sites and push for actual feedback from employees at the local level. Surveys only provide an idea of what they may want but employees invested in their work environment can have valuable input on the business if asked

Out of touch leadership. Employees being asked to do multiple jobs with no increase in headcount / resources and assuredly no pay increase unless they get a job title change.

Company needs to focus on late deliveries and the reasons behind it.

Consistency in how people are measured, too much left up to interpretation

The atmosphere is Dreadful, communication is non existent from management. Honesty and clear communication is needed top down
