Working together with team members to solve complex problems about our system. I enjoy the time I spend collaborating with other software engineers, designers, and managers the most.

Interview questions were varied enough to allow me to showcase different skills, including algorithms, debugging, web technology knowledge, as well as softer skills such as communication and collaboration.

I enjoy working with smart people who have a sense of intellectual curiosity - we are able to teach each other things and challenge each other to be better without getting defensive or being overly dogmatic.

The best part of my compensation package is that I can choose what type of compensation is important to me and prioritize that during yearly reviews, whether that be base salary, time off, or stock options in the company.

The leadership team strives to be transparent about company goals and vision, and holds regular company meetings to give updates on how the company is doing and reminders on our vision. They are also quite responsive to feedback and celebrate employee loyalty.

The most positive part about the company culture is that I feel personally respected and cared for. Even as an entry-level software engineer, I recall having conversations with the CEO and other management members about how I was doing, if I liked what I was working on, etc.
