What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very compassionate and take an interest in an employee's personal life.
The leadership team strives to be transparent about company goals and vision, and holds regular company meetings to give updates on how the company is doing and reminders on our vision. They are also quite responsive to feedback and celebrate employee loyalty.

Everyone is very close and enjoys working with each other.
I enjoy working with smart people who have a sense of intellectual curiosity - we are able to teach each other things and challenge each other to be better without getting defensive or being overly dogmatic.

There is always something to do after work with coworkers. People genuinely like each other.
The most positive part about the company culture is that I feel personally respected and cared for. Even as an entry-level software engineer, I recall having conversations with the CEO and other management members about how I was doing, if I liked what I was working on, etc.
