What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Omnitracs?

C-level execs are motivated to make the parent company money, not to make quality products to sell to our customers. It is a struggle to get basic quality controls put in place, much less rigorous QA. Projects go underfunded, and miscommunication creates regular "emergencies" that must be addressed to keep the products up and running.
