The level of transparency since Ray Greer, Paul Nagy and others arrived has made it feel like we are part of nearly every aspect of the company.

Savings Fund and annual bonus

The bonus is very good and the benefits are average.

Growth has been stellar so the bonus' which come out before Christmas are SOLID. PTO days increased and are almost at a level of the best companies.

Honestly, I only experience pain with maybe 3 people within the organization. The rest will do whatever to assist no matter the randomness of the request.

Varied interviewers outside the department interviewed for.

The recruiting team was very involved and caring. They helped my transition from Army to civilian.

Drop the CCAT, hire based on experience and offer benefits/comp to draw great people.

Get rid of the required logic and math assessment for positions where it's not even relevant.

What makes you most happy at work?
