A strong 'we can get it done but don't kill yourself' tone
Leadership is always looking for a way to make things more cohesive and/or fun.
The tone is chill and the customers and vendors have been far more happy since Omnitracs has been a part of Vista.
Honestly, I only experience pain with maybe 3 people within the organization. The rest will do whatever to assist no matter the randomness of the request.
The level of transparency since Ray Greer, Paul Nagy and others arrived has made it feel like we are part of nearly every aspect of the company.
Growth has been stellar so the bonus' which come out before Christmas are SOLID. PTO days increased and are almost at a level of the best companies.
