The worse place I have ever worked. A very traumatic experience to go through during a pandemic none the less. They work off the back of the CS and outsourced team, exploit their kindness, and reward swindling from sales and retention. Truly an evil company.

There used to be a time where there was great company culture, we worked hard and had fun doing it. When they gutted the CS dept. it showed OE’s true colors. With no culture you realized

Most companies pay out close to double the salary for the same job. They rarely fire people and more so hope/wait for them to quit under poor working conditions. Those let go during the pandemic made more on unemployment than remaining staff. No room for career advancement either.
