Most companies pay out close to double the salary for the same job. They rarely fire people and more so hope/wait for them to quit under poor working conditions. Those let go during the pandemic made more on unemployment than remaining staff. No room for career advancement either.
OE has some of the lowest compensation for the CS Team. Account managers make zero money compared to other tech companies in Austin. I feel like I'm living below the poverty line.
