Everyone knows what the mission is and how to achieve success. Though the work is challenging, there is always someone available who can assist if a co-worker needs support, guidance, or knowledge.

The very willingness for everyone to pitch in. Each person has a good sense of what is needed in any given situation and the professional attitude of each employee helps lead us to the forward thinking type of organization that we are to help our clients and customers.

They value every employee's viewpoint. The leadership has a well-respected open door policy and are extremely willing to discuss every situation with their employees in a group session or one-on-one if needed. Each suggestion is thoroughly vetted to see if changes can be made to better the company

The environment is commensurate with where each employee is located with their clients. The company culture is fairly nice, but as a company we do not meet often enough to get to know how we can impact the company better, or to see how Paragon can fully support it's employees more effectively.

I have to weigh the compensation package as a whole. Being a small company doesn't always lend itself to a lot of perks, but the leadership makes strides each year to try to improve the whole package. I think I would like to see more regional gatherings as a company to help build camaraderie though
