Mr. Card is a US Air Force veteran with more than 30 years of professional experience in military and civilian aviation, transportation, program management, and logistics with over 20 years in various military and civilian senior leadership positions. During his career, Mr. Card led a wide range of military and civilian organizations. As President and CEO, Mr. Card will oversee the high-level strategic direction and overall operations of Paragon.
