Pella Corporation – Customer Service line is the absolute worst. I was basically told to "eat it" and there's nothing they can do for me. She had an attitude and was extremely rude. I understand if there's nothing you can do, but at least offer me an apology and make the ability/opportunity to speak to someone else.
