The leadership team has built a strategy that is working, and they care deeply about their employees.
They understand what there role is an get it done
Fun environment, great pay, acknowledge achievement.
They are there when I need them.
Most exec leadership is smart, personable, and caring.
My manager before he got moved really cared about us
A few like my inputs and are supportive of my vision to help improve the Pella name
They are helpful and very great people
Teamwork, positive, go getters, influentual
What I like best about my leadership team is that they are always willing and able to answer the questions that I have in a constructive manner.
More of a long term vison and treating partners they way that they want to be treated. Leadership acts like people need Pella more than Pella needs partners and customers.
Management and leadership training, hiring and KEEPING quality and qualified workforce.
how they treat employees, how they are focused on these screens showing how many you've made in an hour vs what you could've made. makes my lead a raging lunatic.
Understanding their employees needs better
I think a good relationship with your employees will be suffice. Get to know your employees and see what their needs are.
Strategic planning, adaptability, thought out and thorough strategy. Actions contradict what they say and often find them to be unriliable with comunication that employees rely on. Lack of understanding of overall business.
Responsibility, transparency, ethical marketing, proper delegation of roles, integrating the perspective and feedback from all levels of employees
Realizing you can price yourself out of the market
Communicating with their employees and quit being shady with their employess
Review from Product Dept
Communication. Leadership. Being fair and giving employees the opportunity to grow. ACTUALLY listen to employees not wait until they finally quit. Offer help instead of just telling employees that they're screwing up. Get organized. There is no organization.
At the top of the building
Helping their sales reps succeed.
Letting us have out weekends off when we work really hard during the week. And then work Saturday and then have sunday off and then turn around and have to go right back to work. LOTS OF PEOPLE ARE THINKING ABOUT QUITING
