team has great diversity of knowledge and experience.
Talent, work ethic and a desire to help others
No egos, it's about doing what is best for our customers. Working together to come up with the right solutions.
We work together and move around the line as much as we can to reach our numbers regardless of how short staffed we are on some days.
They are sheep and do whats told
We get along great at work
Its small and we cover each others back.
Friendly and works well together
I believe they want to bring the company culture back to its original quality; but feel helpless to do so which leads to great levels of frustration. The constant high levels of turn over in hourly and management personnel are good indicators.
One thing Pella does well is hire quality human beings with high character.
We work together to try to get everything done so that way we can have a day off but we cant. And the manager says he cant do anything to get them that day off.

The best thing about my team is the laid back atmosphere and family surrounding - everyone gets along just fine and enjoys each other's company.

Top toer talent across the organization. Mostly Everyone is kind, and puts people first.
We work together as a team as it should be..when a team works together its more effective. You cannot be perfect at any job u can do your best and mistakes happen and its ok as along as u learn from it

Corporate expectations are completely unrealistic
Older people who have been there the longest are struggling wifh the company changing. People gossip way more than they should and make new hires uncomfortable. Troubled coworkers dont get taken care of right away, leading to negative attitudes on the line. People leaving crying and quitting. Etc.
Actually do there own work, not piggy back on orhers.
