Service is extremely slow and very few emoyees go out of there way to be pleasant or even smile . We are currently at Sandals Royal Barbados . We have been to St Lucia and Antiqua. This is our last.

There is a lack of autonomy and decision making power. The organisational structure is too rigid with too many links in the chain of command, often making it difficult to make simple decisions. There is a lack of investment in training and the finance department is very stingy.
