It's not about the package it's the wealth of knowledge

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is a lack of autonomy and decision making power. The organisational structure is too rigid with too many links in the chain of command, often making it difficult to make simple decisions. There is a lack of investment in training and the finance department is very stingy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It made me who I am today from nothing to something. I appreciate this company for all its done
