Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is a lack of autonomy and decision making power. The organisational structure is too rigid with too many links in the chain of command, often making it difficult to make simple decisions. There is a lack of investment in training and the finance department is very stingy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together and no problem between us.
