Customer service and the delicious food.

Overall value. Enjoyable trip that eliminates the need to plan all the details as the resort staff make it simplE. Lots of options when on resort.

After our 4th trip to Sandals , there is a noticible decline in the quality and quantity of food . Service is extremely slow and very few emoyees go out of there way to be pleasant or even smile . We are currently at Sandals Royal Barbados . We have been to St Lucia and Antiqua. This is our last.

  • If you are qualified, be confident and try and align yourself with those managers that work there via social media. However if you are not qualified, then bulk up on your qualifications and exude confidence. Remember you have to be the best saleman of yourself to anyone there interviewing you and most of all feel comfortable with it.
