Overall I really love the friends I've made and we see each other outside work.
Initially things were great but the more I have seen and dug into the more I am shocked by the overall mismanagement of the company. Poor finances, quality, and processes in every direction. It's a shame because they really could offer a lot to the clinical research industry.
I had the worse supevsior ever. In all my 10 plus years in my field I never came across such a horrible manager. Not having to deal with her is the highlight of me leaving.
The execs seem more concerned about making money than finding cures/saving lives.
Company appeared to be on solid trajectory. Unfortunately lack of clear strategy, focus, experience and resourcing within executive leadership is contributing to current challenges. If these can be resolved company has a bright future.
