I was there for a little over 4 months. Leadership (Except for Anita and Darcy) was truly horrible. Over the tip, gaslighting in meetings, rude to anyone below mid management. Just the worst kind of company culture to be in.
Improve their customer service and their computer systems.
Leadership is completely out of touch with the reality of the day to day and have little appreciation for the people at the bottom.
They follow up in a timely manner and are always there to help
