What do you like best about the leadership team?
They follow up in a timely manner and are always there to help
Exec team is enthusiastic and driven.
I feel all leadership is dedicated to providing an innovative solution to clinical research through our product

Executive or manager team does not listen
Communication and honesty along with treating people they way they would like to be treated.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base salary and health insurance
Robust comprehensive and competitive benefits package. One of the industry best.
Compensation package is inline with the industry. Stick options currently worthless. Only time will tell in that regard.
The compensation is always improving based on our feedback.

The team is comprised of very resourceful individuals who are eager to make a difference in the lives of patients.
Team is collaborative, knowledgeable and supportive.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Can do , customer centric attitude is pervasive. Hopeful that leadership doesn't erode it.
We really like being around each other. I've never entered a workplace that was so friendly right off the bat

What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the discussion with several folks across multiple departments.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I think the interviews are just very long and takes up too much time from all involved. I believe some of the requirements can be done remotely
What makes you most happy at work?
When a project has been awarded or a trial i was involved in was completed successfully
Working with my team no matter what the work is
