They need to work more on their customer service. Cashiers are not always friendly and can be hostile. Additionally, employees often talk very loudly to each other from across different cash registers which can be irritating as they are quite loud. The cleanliness of the store could also be better

The Shop From Home department is growing fastest, as the have taken over routes from other Shoprite stores. Front end has some of the most difficulties as new hires do not always receive enough training before being sent to work on their own.

More trainers! And we need more opportunities for advancement.

I am not sure that the average employee give much thought to the CEO. As far as immediate supervisors, they treat employees fairly. My one issue is we need more training staff; I am one of the trainers but my hours do not always coincide with those of new hires.
Not maybe people care about him. He can be somewhat unfair

So, far my work life balance has been pretty good, although I wish I would get a few more hours per week on a regular basis.
