The Shop From Home department is growing fastest, as the have taken over routes from other Shoprite stores. Front end has some of the most difficulties as new hires do not always receive enough training before being sent to work on their own.

I am not sure that the average employee give much thought to the CEO. As far as immediate supervisors, they treat employees fairly. My one issue is we need more training staff; I am one of the trainers but my hours do not always coincide with those of new hires.
Not maybe people care about him. He can be somewhat unfair
