Thanksgiving was a paid Holiday but I wasnt Paid for Friday even though I was told we were closed and I couldnt work. Im a full time employee and I work 40+ hrs a week and depend heavily on that check. What was the point of the paid Holiday? So sodexo could break even?

Not to create a hostile work enviorment and ctreat your employees with respect for starters. Complaints go nowhere, the issue is obvious, customers are viewed as annoying, cant upsell, Communication is hoorendous with ALL upper management, no training, NO Teamwork.

The enthusiasm and eagerness of the middle half that want to fix the obvious issues and give more imput thats heard with acknowledgement. It shows they care and want to work more efficiently to succeed. Theres great spirit its just gets casted over by upper management.
