What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Management leadership delegating working as a team

Look at their managers, despite culture or background. Look into HR team that helps.

There is no transparency. It is evident that people move up if they are 'liked'

Heart and communication concerning family matters and other situations that may occur beyond the employees control

Leadership is incompetent and lacks focus, direction and struggles to grow the business.

Creating a work environment where minorities are treated fair and equal. Initially respected your leadership but immediately you began to displayed subconscious racial discrimination.

resolving issues related to hostile work environment

get off their lazy butts and help the short handed staff instead of being dead weight to the team

Communication compassion would be appreciated. Learn the job before trying to teach the employee

Not to create a hostile work enviorment and ctreat your employees with respect for starters. Complaints go nowhere, the issue is obvious, customers are viewed as annoying, cant upsell, Communication is hoorendous with ALL upper management, no training, NO Teamwork.
