What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Did not provide a job description so it caused confusion . Onboarding and trainings are not updated no mentors
Having a set guideline to ho by in order to hire

Keeping the candidates aware of the status of their application and contacting them at least once

dont encourage someone to apply for a mangement position if you had no intentions of filing that position
They have unfair hiring practice
