First and foremost they need to respect leadership then they need to learn to follow the rules not just the rules of a contract with the Union but the rules all the way around even with the company in order to get better results you have to have the Union and management working together

My coworkers witnessed first hand what was happening and apologized but slowly began to distance themselves to protect their jobs.
