What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The managers have to work at managing the coworkers appropriately, and not allowing such insubordination daily, which leads to lack of production

Better support from administration and Sodexo is always seen as the outsider to the facilities. Better integration needs to happen.

More inclusive less talking behind others backs

Be sure to not talk about other co workers to one another and find ways to include

More teamwork and no pointing fingers

First and foremost they need to respect leadership then they need to learn to follow the rules not just the rules of a contract with the Union but the rules all the way around even with the company in order to get better results you have to have the Union and management working together

They need the right technology tools, shared fate and accountability.

My coworkers witnessed first hand what was happening and apologized but slowly began to distance themselves to protect their jobs.

If the GM would back up the supervisor word so tje coworkers would take them sirious.

Meetings everyday a waste of time.

They are work in our manager bellow job

Teamwork and respect toward the other workers.

There are many things that can be done remotely and/or without a virtual meeting. It's important to value the time of each other and optimize the use of e-mails.

Talking being at work and not act lile the are at home

We need to have weekly meetings to discuss policy and procedures and to discuss what people are doing wrong and how to fix the issues

Teamwork, stop gossiping and backbiting. Learn to work as a team
