
All remote. Granted, I interviewed during the pandemic, but the process is still remote even a year later.
The most positive thing about SoFi is how inclusive it is. We have diversity Circles and are always encouraged to participate.
I like best about the leadership team that they run after problems. Nothing is too big or too small for leadership to take accountabilty for and they're always open to suggestions and constantly improving.
My team works flawlessly with only one meeting a week. It lets me be self sufficient and in charge of my own production. I love that while I have clear and transparent goals and KPIs set, I never feel like I'm being micromanaged. It's refreshing!
Tuition reimbursement is my favorite part of my compensation package. It's allowed me to go back to school and I'll be finishing two degrees this year with SoFi's help. While I'm too small of a fish to recieve stock benefits, I've heard from more tenured employees that it's awesome too!
