I love being a customer of SoFi - so much so that I invested in SoFi Tech stock. Big mistake, it's the gift that just keeps on giving. I have watched the initial purchase drop and drop in value. Something must be off. Happy customer - wary investor.

How long after an interview at SoFi does it take to hear back?
Usually 2-3 days.
How helpful was your Engineering team when you were first hired at SoFi?
Extremely. I was given a lot of grace to ramp up as a new employee, and I was surrounded by extremely knowledgeable co-workers who were willing to help me out.
What's the work from home policy like at SoFi?
It's on a person-by-person, as-needed basis.
What should I wear for an interview at SoFi?
Buttoned shirt with nice jeans or pants. Nice dress shoes. You'll probably be the best dressed in the meeting
How much and how often do raises happen at SoFi?
I haven't heard of anyone getting raises, but people get promoted frequently
How's the vacation policy at SoFi?
Exempt (salary) employees enjoy an "unlimited vacation" policy. Translation: time off isn't restricted, but it's taken at the employee's discretion and will factor into employee evaluations if abused.
Does SoFi have any remote positions?
SoFi has multiple locations (San Francisco; Salt Lake City; Helena, MT; etc). That said, certain exceptions are made for exemplary employees to work remotely.
