What makes you most happy at work?Supported heavily by my manager
What is the best part about your compensation package?Fair salary and equity package, but getting worse in structure over time
What do you like best about the leadership team?Authenticity, putting their money where their mouths are
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Everything. Internally and externally, it all needs work.
What would you improve about your company's interview process? They never come prepared. You're lucky if they know you're name. They're not open and honest about the possibility of constant schedule changes or even that a remote job could change at any time to a hybrid work schedule and you either conform or leave. They seem lost and confused. Maybe overworked
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? So many companies match 401k and sofi doesn't. They only offer stock options for some management positions but SoFi stock is trash. No one wants your worthless stock.
