What does the leadership team need to get better at?
SoFi implemented changes with little regard to the impact it would have on employees lives. The truth made abundantly clear that SoFi doesn't care about you or your situation or even of honoring their word. Either you accept this forced change or your replaceable. Anyone is replaceable. U R nothing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
So many companies match 401k and sofi doesn't. They only offer stock options for some management positions but SoFi stock is trash. No one wants your worthless stock.
Matching 401K would be great for a company that wants to help people financially be secured
higher RSU grans and regular grants

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They never come prepared. You're lucky if they know you're name. They're not open and honest about the possibility of constant schedule changes or even that a remote job could change at any time to a hybrid work schedule and you either conform or leave. They seem lost and confused. Maybe overworked
