Ambitious D&I Goals:
First and foremost, SoFi has committed to the following D&I goals by 2023:

Employee Resource Groups: SoFi proudly sponsors seven Employee Resource Groups, known internally as SoFi Circles, including:
- Good Grief: A safe space for those who are grieving to share their feelings, receive support, and source tips and tricks based on experience.
- Parents at SoFi: Supports current and future parents at SoFi, while creating an environment where people with shared experiences can connect and help each other have both a successful career at SoFi and a rewarding family life.
-SoFi Pride: Empowers SoFi’s diverse community to inspire equality for all — including sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression.
- SoFi Unidos: Helps promote the awareness, diversity, and education for and of the many Latinx cultures that are represented within SoFi.
- SoulFi: Fosters a more comfortable and inclusive working environment for Black employees at SoFi.
- Veterans at SoFi: Connects veterans and generates cultural awareness of veteran service and experiences within SoFi.
- Women at SoFi: Fosters greater empathy, connection, and engagement across SoFi, while giving allies the opportunity to be involved and understand the things that are uniquely important to women in the workplace.
Learning and Development programs:
SoFi recently launched “Grow,” a mentorship program that helps foster and provide support and professional development to empower our most underrepresented team members to thrive. SoFi is committed to internal mobility and strives to develop early career seekers into candidates for roles across the company.
We also offer comprehensive ongoing professional training for our Operations team, which further reinforces and provides the tools for early career seekers to develop lasting careers within our rapidly growing fintech company.
