Overworked, underpaid, unacknowledged, severely disorganized. My coworkers ought to put less effort into their job to justify how much we're getting paid (much less than a livable wage). I like them, but some of them work too hard for the company, which takes us for granted. If we're expected to work harder during COVID, they should give us critical pay.
