I've been here 6 years I can say things are changing for the better.

It's like family, it's a great place to learn and grow. It has its days but in the end I wouldn't go any where but here.

I have a broken down desk that the drawers don't even have handles. I open my desk drawers using pliers

There aren't any perks for worker bees only for upper management

The senior management is overpaid. Managers and above get bonuses every three months. That is disgusting.
