What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nursing managers are present on the floor and help out when its busy. Upper management/admin is only money motivated.

Better pay, too much job for one person
What are some of the best things about your team?
Coworkers and knowledgable, helpful, and compassionate. Charge nurse is a great reasourse

Less gossip, more constructive meetings

Trying to provide good care for patients
