Its a great company and will be interesting to see the growth over the next year

Overall my experience is positive but like in any company, there is always room for improvement. I do feel that in order to retain employees the company will need to do a better job at making sure people are being paid appropriately: location, relevant experience, job title, responsibilities etc

Overall my compensation is good, my salary could be a bit higher due to the expense of where I live.

For the most part, they are as transparent as they can be and seem to care about the health and well being of their employees

I do feel undervalued but simply underpaid based on my work experience, what I bring to the company, the amount of work that I do, etc

We really get along and work well together. The team has ambitious goals and we are an extremely self sufficient and execute our team and individual goals
