For the most part, they are as transparent as they can be and seem to care about the health and well being of their employees

Transparency, communication, and accessibility. After having my 1:1 with Mark during onboarding, I felt his sincerity in saying that his door/basecamp is always open. That's something I've never experienced at work before and I'm so impressed.
