Overall my experience is positive but like in any company, there is always room for improvement. I do feel that in order to retain employees the company will need to do a better job at making sure people are being paid appropriately: location, relevant experience, job title, responsibilities etc

we all get along well and seem to work together as a solid team

The remote aspect is one of the most positive along with our yearly jarfest outings.

They want everyone to succeed at the same time want everyone to have a work life balance.

Overall my compensation is good, my salary could be a bit higher due to the expense of where I live.

For the most part, they are as transparent as they can be and seem to care about the health and well being of their employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel undervalued but simply underpaid based on my work experience, what I bring to the company, the amount of work that I do, etc

We really get along and work well together. The team has ambitious goals and we are an extremely self sufficient and execute our team and individual goals
