Being able to have a flexible schedule and be remote while solving challenging and exciting problems with a collaborative group of people.

The autonomy that I have to do my best work and the fact that I have the access to resources to do that work
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are 100% remote and are still able to communicate and collaborate as effectively as a team would in an office (if not more). They are all also incredibly smart and interesting human beings.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Transparency and trust. The fact that we respect one another and have a common goal that we are all working towards. I love that I get to work in an environment that best suits my needs!
