I like that they lead by making sure that we as a whole do the right thing, by the team and by the customer.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary far exceeded my expectations, as well as the monthly reimbursement for internet/gym/etc and zestful. One note, insurance options/pricing could be better.

For the first time in my life I feel I am being compensated well for the work I do. Not to mention all of the perks: Zestful, monthly paycheck boost for remote upkeep, professional development, vacation, volunteering, ect. Such an amazing company with so many great benefits!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think that doing the right thing by the customer and the employee is not only right but is vital to the company's success and integrity. Transparency and wanting the most honest and best outcome is what inspires me about TaxJar.
