My role over the last 2-1/2 years has evolved in ways that allow me to grow while being integral to the company’s needs.
The leadership team is comprised of extremely intelligent and well-meaning individuals.
We are paid significantly below market and several employees just took a salary cut. A major initiative has stalled because management keeps adding ideas instead of letting the team deliver. They need to let the team finish what they are working on before starting a new idea.
