What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair PTO and befits, comparable salaries
It is competitive with similar positions in my region.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are paid significantly below market and several employees just took a salary cut. A major initiative has stalled because management keeps adding ideas instead of letting the team deliver. They need to let the team finish what they are working on before starting a new idea.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Individual strengths within my team are diverse and highly valued.

The culture at The Regis Company is collaborative and supportive. We take our drive for success seriously but have fun doing it.
