What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The culture at The Regis Company is collaborative and supportive. We take our drive for success seriously but have fun doing it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?We are paid significantly below market and several employees just took a salary cut. A major initiative has stalled because management keeps adding ideas instead of letting the team deliver. They need to let the team finish what they are working on before starting a new idea.
