Every day I am challenged and I learn something new. The overall sense of accomplishment is most satisfying.
There are pros and cons. Overall, I am positive about it and it may not suit me at times, but sooner or later I expect it to evolve into a stable and better place to be where one can work joyfully with peace of mind.
If "Tempo" was not introduced recently, the score would have been close to 10. During the first two months (when ALP1 was used), I was so happy working @ XO.
