He served as Senior Vice President of Operations at HealthSouth Corporation, where he was responsible for over 200 facilities located in 10 states. Mr. Reading holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy with high honors from the Medical College of Virginia.

Prior to joining NovaCare Employee Services Inc., Mr. Binstein was a Practicing Attorney with the law firm of Proskauer Rose. Prior to his tenure at Benchmark, he served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of ImageMax Inc. Mr. Binstein holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America and Bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware in Business Administration.

Mr. McAfee has been a Director of US Physical Therapy Inc. since November 1, 2004. He served as a Director of Waste Processor Industries Inc. from May 1991 to March 1993 and ITEQ Inc. from March 1993 to September 1999. He also served as a Director of CheMatch.com, Inc. since February 2000. He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 1977 and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University in 1978.
