Mr. Christopher J. Reading, also known as Chris, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of US Physical Therapy Inc. since November 1, 2004. Mr. Reading served as the Chief Operating Officer at Us Physical Therapy Inc. from October 10, 2003 to January 2005. He served as Senior Vice President of Operations at HealthSouth Corporation, where he was responsible for over 200 facilities located in 10 states. Mr. Reading has been a Director of US Physical Therapy Inc. since November 1, 2004. Mr. Reading holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy with high honors from the Medical College of Virginia.

Mr. Glenn D. McDowell has been the Chief Operating Officer of US Physical Therapy Inc. since January 24, 2005. Mr. McDowell served as the Regional Vice President of Operations of U.S. Physical Therapy Inc. from October 10, 2003 to January 2005. He oversaw the western division of ambulatory services for HealthSouth Corporation. Mr. McDowell received a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from SUNY at Stony Brook and a Bachelor of Arts in Science and History from Lycoming College.

Mr. Richard S. Binstein, also known as Rick, serves as Secretary of US Physical Therapy Inc. Mr. Binstein served as Corporate Secretary, General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Physiotherapy Associates, Inc. Mr. Binstein also served as a Business Partner at the operations group to help them achieve Physiotherapy goals. He serves as Secretary of US Physical Therapy Inc. He served at Lyris, Inc. He has been involved in the legal and regulatory aspects of the rehabilitation industry for nearly 20 years. He served as Executive Vice President and Secretary of Benchmark Medical Inc. and served as its General Counsel since March 2001. He served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of NovaCare Employee Services Inc., since January 1999. From February 1998 to January 1999, he served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of NovaCare Inc. He joined NovaCare in January 1997 as Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining NovaCare Employee Services Inc., Mr. Binstein was a Practicing Attorney with the law firm of Proskauer Rose. Prior to his tenure at Benchmark, he served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of ImageMax Inc. Mr. Binstein holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America and Bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware in Business Administration.

Mr. Lawrance W. McAfee, also known as Larry, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of US Physical Therapy Inc. since September 2003 and November 1, 2004 respectively. From September 2002 to April 2003, Mr. McAfee served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Wonderware Mobile Solutions Group (formerly SAT Corporation), a software company. Mr. McAfee served as an Executive Vice President of CheMatch.com Inc. since February 2000. Mr. McAfee also served as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of CheMatch.com Inc. from September 1999 to March 2002. Prior to joining CheMatch.com Inc., Mr. McAfee served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ITEQ Inc. from March 1993 to September 1999. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Waste Processor Industries Inc. from May 1991 to March 1993. Mr. McAfee served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Stillbrooke Corporation from April 1989 to February 1991 and served as Chief Financial Officer and held other financial management positions with US Home Corporation from April 1982 to May 1989. Prior to joining US Home Corporation, Mr. McAfee held financial management positions with Transco Companies and First National Bank in Dallas. Mr. McAfee has significant corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions experience, including having served as Chief Financial Officer and a Director of several public and private companies. Mr. McAfee has been a Director of US Physical Therapy Inc. since November 1, 2004. He served as a Director of Waste Processor Industries Inc. from May 1991 to March 1993 and ITEQ Inc. from March 1993 to September 1999. He also served as a Director of CheMatch.com, Inc. since February 2000. He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 1977 and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University in 1978.
