
The compensation package is fantastic.
Nothing that I can think of off the top of my head.
More stricter vetting of managers. Tenure should not be a reason to promote someone to management.
The leadership team seems quite competent. The immediate manager, on the other hand, is not as competent as I had the experience working with.
Everyone is just on their laptops, and the manager is often dismissive of ideas and ridicules ones that he just does not like. As a result, only the brave ones speak during meetings, and everyone else is just on their laptop doing other stuff.
